Bogged Down by Bad Service
Serving clients in all 50 states as well as around the globe, Momentous depends on a reliable phone system to keep their on-call customer service afloat. For years, Momentous had operated its phone system using an on-premise Private Branch Exchange (PBX) — a proprietary telecom solution dedicated entirely to a single company.
