Curt Lewis
Chief Executive Officer and FounderAt his core, Curt is a visionary. He looks to innovate and create opportunities where others might see obstacles. Early in his career, he met with industry experts and mentors who advised him against entering an already saturated field, but he saw opportunities to change the status quo and followed his gut. With his “get it done, no excuses” attitude, he knew his own business was the vehicle he would use not only to control his destiny but to change an industry.
Today, Curt is responsible for the entrepreneurial leadership, operations, and direction of LinkSource Technologies. He channels his creative expertise by influencing the development of new applications and services that change conventional processes and improve the client experience. He currently has a patent-pending and plans for future product development.
What has Curt brought to life with his entrepreneurial creativity? Over the years, he watched clients struggle with the traditional (and somewhat antiquated) RFP process. He also observed a trend toward reducing the time and resources the process requires and knew there had to be a better way. To solve these common problems, he built a more simplified and fully automated RFP tool. That tool is DirectRFP.
With more than 20 years of experience, Curt is now considered an authority in the telecom industry, participating in several advisory councils while staying current on the latest innovations. With the help of his valued employees, Curt has led LinkSource to become a trusted resource for telecom and cloud service procurement, telecom expense management, hardware sourcing, and IT asset disposition managing millions in annual client revenue for some of the most prominent brands.
Curt’s ambitious spirit has led him to endeavors such as philanthropy and becoming an angel investor in the biochemical and technology industries. In his personal time, he enjoys golfing, fly fishing, snow skiing, and traveling the globe.

Jason Newbold

Jason Newbold
President and PartnerJason brings a competitive spirit and passion for helping clients to his role at LinkSource. As a leader within the company, he believes all employees should have the same passion for serving clients and helping develop strategies that allow them to successfully grow their businesses. Jason ensures employees take a client-centric approach, building strong relationships and trust with clients to ensure they have a positive experience with LinkSource’s team and services. Jason believes a strong company culture starts at the top and reflects in the satisfaction of all employees. He believes a happy and balanced employee will create a better experience for all.
With more than 25 years of experience in global technology sales and management, Jason is truly an expert in his field. He previously worked at AT&T, SBC, and Pacific Bell. He has also held numerous outside roles, including:

- IS Associates Advisory Board Member
- Sacramento Area Regional Technology Association (SARTA) Board Member
As a lifelong athlete, Jason played tennis in southern California, eventually receiving a tennis scholarship at California State University, Fresno. He is also an avid golfer, skier, and runner.

Kelley Moore

Kelley Moore
Vice President of Client Services and OperationsKelley is known for her innate attention to detail, her dedication to the clients she serves, and her extensive telecom industry knowledge. As a client advocate, Kelley understands the complex issues involved in managing each client’s account. Her clients look to her for guidance on managed services as well as carrier services within the areas of mobile, telecom and expense management.
As Vice President of Client Services and Operations at LinkSource Technologies since 2009, Kelley guides existing clients through the sales process as well as overseeing support, implementation, and overall client satisfaction. She also helps clients develop service scope of work, requirements, and long-term strategies.
Kelley specializes in the areas of:
- Consulting, Project Management
- Procurement Support, Expense Management
- Auditing and RFP Management
She spent over 10 years working in AT&T’s mobility division where she acquired extensive knowledge in these areas as well as operations, support, sales, and escalation management.
She continually expands her knowledge by learning the latest trends in the telecom industry with an emphasis on wireless, wireline, and expense management.
She loves spending time with her kids and husband— often take long weekend trips with the trailer to the beach, lake, or good hiking trails. She enjoys playing games and other activities that give her the opportunity to leverage her competitive nature!

Frank Mastro

Frank Mastro
Vice President of SalesAs Vice President of Sales, Frank Mastro brings over 25 years of global telecom sales and management experience to LinkSource Technologies. In his 25+ years, he held various leadership positions at AirTouch, Vodafone, Pacific Bell, SBC, and AT&T where he built and managed successful teams of consultants and high-performance professionals to service the enterprise market space.
With a business degree from U.C. Santa Barbara and his vast industry experience, Frank has a deep understanding of how enterprise business environments operate. He understands they require clear planning and documented processes to be successful. Frank can not only see the client’s big-picture goal, but he is also able to effectively communicate the client’s objectives and requirements to the supporting organizations— creating a positive experience throughout each phase of a project. By leveraging his experience and knowledge, he helps his clients utilize technology to enable their business.

Director of Infrastructure ServicesAs LinkSource’s Director of Infrastructure Services, Grayson Leonard evaluates our customers’ current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and manages the design and implementation of information systems that meet those needs.
Internally, Grayson oversees the development of departmental processes to further our purpose and design strategies to grow and develop the department so we can continually acquire new customers while maintaining a consistently high level of service.

Director of ITADDavid was born and raised in Australia. Before moving to the U.S. in 2010, he spent six years in the Royal Australian Navy and worked in the oil and gas/mining industry. David’s leadership experience and fun-loving nature helped him quickly become a dynamic player in the tech industry. With more than 15 years of experience in ITAD, procurement, sales, and project management, he is able to develop and maintain client relationships worldwide, upholding brand reputation while adapting to an ever-changing environment.

Dana Raducan
Accounting ManagerBorn in Romania, Dana graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a BS in accounting. She lived in Chicago for 34 years before moving to California in 2020. Dana is a CPA with more than 20 years of experience as an accounting manager in the medical field as well as several years of experience as a highly successful real estate broker, earning both the International Diamond Society Member Award and the Sterling Society Award.
Dana is a resilient and resourceful problem solver. She enjoys a challenge and isn’t afraid to step out of her comfort zone. Her motto is, “Try and fail, but don’t fail to try!” In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and hiking in the mountains.

Sarah Gonzalez
Client Services ManagerSarah has over 15 years of telecommunications experience in the SMB and Enterprise spaces. While at Verizon, she supported ongoing initiatives to drive company growth and profitability as well as sales support. Sarah spent most her experience in industries such as: Wireless communication, Tech Support and management.
Currently, Sarah manages multiple work groups including wireline, mobility, TEM and auditing for LinkSource Technologies. She places her emphasis on delivering a VIP experience for clients and helps reduce costs by performing account optimizations, quality inspections and presenting cutting-edge industry recommendations.
Her goal is to build long-term, lasting client relationships and contribute to an environment where clients look forward to doing business with LinkSource.
When Sarah is not working, she can be found spending time with her husband and two kids in Granite Bay playing taxi driver to sporting events or relaxing on the golf course.

Senior Project CoordinatorSherry has been part of the LinkSource team for 10 years, developing strong partnerships with her customers who view her as a strategic, trusted advisor. She delivers expertise in auditing, expense management, project management, and daily hands-on services. With more than 30 years of industry experience in telecom and communications technology, Sherry has a strong background and emphasis in account management, customer support, and a variety of other management positions. Before working at LinkSource, she held positions at Cable & Wireless and AT&T.
